How to Import

1. Medical Prescription

The medical prescription must contain the following information:

• Full name and date of birth of the patient;
• Commercial name of the product, including concentration and dosage;
• Date of the consultation;
• Stamp with active CRM or CRO (for dentists) and the professional’s signature;

2. ANVISA Authorization

ANVISA authorization is required to purchase the product.

3. Product Selection and Payment

Choose the number of bottles needed for your treatment and select the payment method.

4. ANVISA Authorization Process

With the medical prescription in hand, it is necessary to request the import authorization from ANVISA. We assist you in this process.

5. Delivery Time

After the authorization and payment approval, the medication will be shipped.

6. Receiving Time

The average time for the medication to arrive at the patient’s home is 15 to 20 days.
